Ticket entry only. Tickets are timed from 10am - 1pm and 1pm - 4pm on Saturday 1st November and Sunday 2nd November 2025

TICKETS

Tickets have been sent to your email address with a QR code that will be scanned at the entrance. If you are unable to find your email, go to BUY TICKETS and then click on MANAGE TICKETS in the top right hand corner. From there you may print your tickets if you wish or add it to your Apple Wallet.

PARKING

Visitor parking within the castle grounds will be reserved for vehicles displaying a blue badge ONLY. Badges will be checked and registration details must be registered for a permit at reception.

There is some street parking nearby and a large public car park at Gorrel Tank opposite the harbour, a short walk away.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Whitstable train station is 1 mile, 5 minutes by car and 0.7 mile, 15 minutes on foot. Whitstable has regular bus services.

VENUE ACCESS

A floor plan will be available, the top floor has two lifts in addition to stairs. The turret room has a few steps down from the top floor and is not wheelchair accessible. Vendors in that room are Fibre & Fleece and The Knitting Viking. Please check their websites for click and collect at the venue.
