APPLICATIONS CLOSE 30th MARCH 2025

WhitstaWool is held at Whitstable Castle, a beautiful building with function rooms in various sizes, all but one small room are accessible by stairs and lifts. There is a public tearoom and restaurant on the premises which will be open throughout the weekend.

WhitstaWool 2025 will take place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd November 2025.

Vendors must commit to exhibiting on both days.

The show is open to the public from 10am – 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. Stands must be open throughout these times. Trusted team members will be available to man stalls for refreshment and convenience breaks throughout the day.

Set up is from 6pm – 9pm on Friday 31st October 2025 and break down is from close of show, once the public have left on Sunday.

No children (under 16) are allowed on site during the set up and break down stages.

We aim to make WhitstaWool as creative and inspirational as possible by including a broad range of exhibitors who demonstrate a wide variety of skills and products. 

We will focus on creativity, quality and presentation of the vendor stalls. We will welcome applications from talented artists, regardless of race, gender, disability or sexual orientation.

Our exhibitors are selected only on the originality and creativity of their products.
